• Preventing workplace accidents, injuries, occupational illnesses, and environmental incidents through proactive risk management.
• Maintaining safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible working conditions across all project sites.
• Regularly reviewing, monitoring, and improving our Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System to ensure continual compliance and performance.

Employee Responsibilities

Every employee at Air Hexa Air Solutions is expected to actively contribute to maintaining a safe workplace by:

• Complying with all health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, and site regulations.
• Cooperating with supervisors, managers, and safety personnel on all HSE matters.
• Taking reasonable care of their own health and safety as well as the safety of colleagues, clients, and members of the public.
• Using personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety devices correctly and consistently.
• Never removing, bypassing, or interfering with any safety equipment, warning signs, or protective measures.
• Promptly reporting hazards, unsafe conditions, near misses, incidents, and accidents to the appropriate supervisor.
• Participating in safety training, toolbox talks, emergency drills, and continuous improvement initiatives.
